During the month of May each of the organizations within the American Legion (the Legion, the Auxiliary and the Sons of the American Legion) elect officers to serve for the next year. The new officers take office in June. In each of the three groups there are some new officers coming into various positions and some former officers have continued in their prior roles.

The organization depends on and exists because of willingness of it’s members to be involved and take on these leadership roles. When you see these members around the Post, please take a moment to thank them for their willingness to serve the organization.
